Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Veridian Source. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
For health and safety reasons:
- Supplements and personal care items must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Bath products, candles, and aromatherapy items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must include all original packaging and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplements or ingestible products
- Opened or used personal care items (lotions, oils, body care products)
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
Return Process
- Contact us at [your-email@veridian-source.com] within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Ship items back using a trackable shipping method
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
